Appropriate Questions for Parents

Church staff/leaders often ask for help in approaching a new family with a special needs child. Most questions are a result of a family that simply came in on a Sunday morning. They(the church) are sincere in their desire to do what is best for the child and create a lasting relationship with the entire family.I know every family makeup is unique. But from your perspective, what are some general things they could put in place if your family visited their church?
